A2. We support and encourage customization and any details suchas craftsmanship, material, finish, color, model, size, packaging, logo. ect. of the product can be customized.

Q3. Can you provide samples?

A3. Yes. We provide free standard samples. Samples can be cuatomized needs,with a 50% cost fee charged. Orders can be refunded.

Q4. What is your minimum orders quantity?

Q5. What is your shipping time?

A5. 1-500 square meters for 7 days, 500-5000 for 10 days and over 5000 for 15 days.

Q6. Your logistics arrival time.

A6. Because we are building materials products, which are relativelylarge in size, the transportation method is generally sea freight, with a shipping time of 25-30 days.

A7. We ususlly use pearl cotton and carton packaging, but we can also provide other packaging methods as required.
